In a couple of cases, one spelling was used both as a masculine and a feminine given name. In some cases, I was unable to determine whether the spelling in question referred to a man or a woman (usually in a burial record). In counting those cases, I have listed the number of entries for which I've been able to confirm the gender, followed in parenthesis by the maximum number possible (the confirmed number plus the number of entries for whom gender was indeterminate).
